When you sign up for an online service e.g. LinkedIn, Online Banking, Forbes Online Magazine, Facebook etc. one of the criteria to sign up is a username (usually your email address) and password. The email address and password are stored in the service provider’s databases.
Our mandate is to ensure that our data centre infrastructure is upgraded every 3 to 4 years. After many, many months of meticulous planning and preparation our hardware infrastructure upgrade is nearing completion. New more powerful servers, a significantly faster Storage Area Network (the device that all data is stored on) has been implemented so as to continue to provide the best hosted service experience possible.
Many of you have already been contacted and migrated to our new infrastructure, however this is still on going and our goal is to be complete in the next 2 to 3 months. The planning for this upgrade started in October 2015 and, like open heart surgery, we have to be meticulous and methodical so as to ensure little to zero impact to you.

On March 1, 2016, the Director of Land Titles of British Columbia will discontinue supporting the use of Adobe Acrobat Standard and Professional versions 9 and X (10) for electronically filed applications. Once support for these versions has been discontinued, myLTSA Technical Support for Acrobat versions 9 and 10 will end.
