Clients log onto i-worx's help desk to log trouble
tickets.
Once a trouble ticket is logged it gets sent to
one of i-worx's Technology Specialists mobile phones via a text message as
well as to their email box. This allows the i-worx team to respond to
clients trouble tickets immediately. For existing clients to log onto our
