What is OfficeOneLive?
More than ever, organizations are focused on increasing
revenues, containing costs and providing a higher level of customer support,

affords clients access to centralized servers, virtual workstations and all

clients therefore have all of the benefits of powerful PCs on desks, including
popular Windows applications, however hosted in a state of the art data centre.
The process of adding new users and virtual workstations to OfficeOneLive takes
a matter of minutes and does not involve long wait times for physical hardware.
In many cases, the end-user can connect and be working within minutes, without

FOR OFFICEONELIVE
Internet Connection
In order to access
workstations in the data centre a dedicated reliable Internet Connection is
required with a static IP address. i-worx recommends using a ISP that has a
managed service around there Internet Connection so as to ensure uptime and
reliability. I-worx recommends the following ISP options:
1.
Office of up to 10
users - standard ADSL or Shaw business connection i.e.0.5MB upload and 3 MB
down
2.
Office of 11 users or
more – managed dedicated T1 connection i.e. 1.5 MB upload and download
3.
Office of 30 users or
more – managed dedicated Fibre connection i.e. 10 MB upload and download
How do you connect to your virtual workstation – your office in the cloud?
Users are able to connect to their workstations in the data
centre using the following devices:
