Where is my data and who owns it?

Some cloud computing companies have data centres worldwide; i-worx maintains multiple secured data centres within Canada. i-worx holds clients’ data in escrow, meaning i-worx nor any of our employees have right of ownership of the data. You own your data. This is contractually stipulated in our agreements.
